When your payment is rejected, it could be due to a number of factors. So to find out what the problem is, here's how to proceed:
- Log in to your participant account and go to My tickets
- Go to your event and click on the three dots at the end.
- You'll get two (02) proposals: Contact the organizer and details.
- Click on Details for an explanation of why your payment failed.
- If the problem is not your fault, contact the organizer.
