What should I do if my payment fails?

When your payment is rejected, it could be due to a number of factors. So to find out what the problem is, here's how to proceed: 

  • Log in to your participant account and go to My tickets
  • Go to your event and click on the three dots at the end. 
  • You'll get two (02) proposals: Contact the organizer and details. 
  • Click on Details for an explanation of why your payment failed.
  • If the problem is not your fault, contact the organizer.
